If you want the whole layout handled in one booking, our package deals bundle inflatables with extras like tables, chairs or a tent, from $365. Prefer to pick pieces yourself? Parties in Van Alstyne
Most Van Alstyne parties we deliver to are at private homes, and we also set up for churches and schools once the host has the space approved. The city has more spots than the three pavilions below: its reservation calendar also lists the pavilion at McKinney Wilson Park and the gazebo at Dorothy Fielder Park. Public parks need the city's permission or a reservation first, so book the spot with Parks and Recreation before you book the inflatable.

Van Alstyne parks and pavilions
The City of Van Alstyne books its pavilions through Parks and Recreation, with online reservations for spots such as the pavilions at Central Social District Park, Forrest Moore Park and Eula Umphress and Robert Hynds Park. We set up in backyards and park pavilions around Van Alstyne; check the park's own rules and reservation first, then send us the park name with your date so we can confirm the setup.
Booking a Van Alstyne park: timing tips
The city says most park areas are first come, first served, but reservations take priority, and some events need a special event application, so ask Parks and Recreation early. On the CSD West Pavilion listing, at 215 E Van Alstyne Parkway, online reservations close 8 days out; for the current week, the city asks you to contact the department by Wednesday at 4pm. Lock in the pavilion before you lock in the inflatable, then text us the confirmed time window. Indoor plans? The Van Alstyne Recreation Center on N Main Drive is run by the same department.
Yard checklist before we arrive
Surface: Grass, turf, or concrete (secured with sandbags). Never on sand, plain dirt, or animal droppings; extra fees may apply. Gates: if you have a gate we require a 3ft wide opening to fit your inflatable. Power: the blower needs an outlet within 50 ft of the unit. Water units need a water source and water hose; we can provide a 25 ft hose. Weather: If weather prevents us from setting up, you get a full refund, or you can reschedule with 24-hour notice.
